"You don't have to come from a lacrosse background to know the speed with which this sport is growing nationwide. The positive values, teamwork, and discipline that the game instills in its players are some of the main reasons it has caught fire and is the quickest growing sport in the country. These same ideals are the backbone of the Trilogy mission and curriculum, and the coaches and staff here at Trilogy live to move the game forward and take it to the next level. Trilogy's constant passion for the teaching and improving the sport is unrivaled."

Tom was born in Berkley Heights, NJ, a small town in northern New Jersey.  He attended Drew University in Madison, NJ, majoring in Political Science, where he played baseball for 4 years as an integral member of the Drew Rangers pitching staff.  Upon graduation in 1999, he took a job in private finance at Connell Company in their equipment leasing division.  In 2003, Tom began working at Morgan Stanley in their Financial Controllers Group, where he even spent time overseas in Budapest, Hungary, working in one of their satellite offices.  In 2006, Tom went back to school to obtain his Master's Degree in Sports Business from NYU, graduating in 2008.

Tom put his degree to use right away in 2009 as the financial controller of the Newark Bears, a professional baseball team in New Jersey.  Tom ran the day-to-day financial operations of the organization as well as making key HR and administrative decisions.  In 2011, he took a similar job as the controller and financial manager of the Staten Island Yankees, a Single-A affiliate of the New York Yankees of Major League Baseball.
