Aces/Day Camps/Overnight Camps
Refunds or Credits are NOT OFFERED to those who do not purchase cancellation insurance at the time of registration.

If you purchase cancellation insurance:
Cancellation Insurance gives you protection and peace of mind. Cancellation Insurance is $95 for overnight camps & Aces events and $50 for day camps. Insurance is non-refundable. You may only purchase cancellation insurance when registering for an event.
If you purchased insurance and must cancel prior to May 1, 2017, a full refund of all camp fees paid minus the cancellation insurance will be processed.
After May 1, 2017 and up to 1 week prior to camp: If you purchased insurance and must cancel, we will issue a credit balance of all camp fees paid minus the cancellation insurance. Your credit balance is redeemable at any Trilogy Lacrosse event, valid for one year, and is transferable to a family member.
Within 1 week of the event, there are no refunds/credits offered for event cancellation, regardless of whether you possess insurance.
No credit/refund is offered for Event No-Shows.
A 50% deposit is due at sign up. This deposit is non-refundable.
All additional balance payments, once made, are non-refundable.
Tryout Fees are non-refundable.
Club Team Deposits, Balances, and Trilogy Tournament Fees are non-refundable.
If you cancel prior to the Balance collection date, then Trilogy will not charge you any additional fees (Balance and Trilogy Tournament Fees). If you cancel after the Balance collection date, we will not charge you any Trilogy Tournament Fees.
Cancellations must be in writing and received by email one week prior to the Balance and Trilogy Tournament Fees collection dates. We kindly request that you provide a reason so we are aware and can improve our services.
If you have to cancel due to injury prior to the season, you will be issued a credit, redeemable at any Trilogy Lacrosse program, service, or merchandise. This credit is valid for one year from date it was issued, and is transferrable to a family member.
Once training camp has begun, a credit will not be issued.
Individual Tournament Fees are subject to the specific Tournament refund / cancellation Policy.
If you have to cancel, for any reason at least 48 hours prior to the start of the clinic, we will issue you a 100% credit of all clinic fees paid (cancellations must be in writing and received by email 48 hours before an event begins to qualify. No-shows will not receive credit). Your credit is redeemable at any Trilogy Lacrosse event, valid for one year, and is transferable to a family member. Cash refunds are not available.
Tournament Cancellation/Weather Policy
Team Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation of an entered team will result in forfeiture of that deposit and all registration fees paid to date.
The tournament has fixed expenses relating to field rental & facilities, staging and set-up costs, insurance, personnel and other matters regardless of cancelation due to weather. Accordingly, teams will not receive a full credit of the entry fee if the tournament is canceled.
Facility owners, not tournament organizers, have final say on whether the tournament will take place due to weather conditions.
In the event the tournament is cancelled prior to the start of the event, a 100% credit of registration fees minus the nonrefundable team deposit will be issued towards a future Trilogy tournament.
Before or after the event has started, tournament organizers and facility owners reserve the right to:
1) Make adjustments due to Lightning (see lightning policy below) or Heavy Rain that leads to unplayable field conditions.
2) Cancel further play.
3) Postpone tournament start date/time and reduce game times in order to allow catch-up with the schedule of play.
4) Interrupt and suspend games as necessary in accordance with Lightning Policy; games may be continued from the point of interruption at the earliest opportunity, but may become final scores based on time constraints.
5) Finish games before inclement weather arrives or to preserve field conditions; games will be deemed official at the point of termination.
No credit will be issued due to any weather related adjustments during the Tournament once teams have played 2 games. If a team plays less than 2 games, a 100% credit of registration fees minus the nonrefundable team deposit will be issued towards a future Trilogy tournament.
All Fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be received in writing.
If you have to cancel your team membership due to an injury, a credit will be issued for all future programming that season. Injury credits are redeemable at any future program, are valid for one year from the date of issue, and are transferable to family members.
