"Lacrosse has been one of my main passions in life. Through this game I have built invaluable life long friendships and have had great experiences. I have also been fortunate to learn from great teachers, mentors, and role models. I am excited to be a part of an organization that, at the forefront of its instruction, emphasizes the character lessons and values that can be learned from the sport."
David grew up in Norwich, Vermont, where, at the time, winter snow sports were the primary focus. He went to the Holderness School in New Hampshire, where he ski raced and played soccer, in addition to lacrosse. He attended Brown, where he was a four year starter at attack and co-captain his senior year.
Prior to moving to New York with his wife, David worked in commercial real estate for CBRE in Norfolk, VA. Before that he was a director at Empower the Athlete, a college counseling and recruiting consulting service. Since playing in college David has remained involved in the game in a myriad of ways, from coaching youth, to high school travel, to overnight camps and to refereeing. He also serves on the Advisory Board for Harlem Lacrosse and Leadership.
