Virtual Training Assignments will be emailed on the first Friday of every month until the event. They will also be posted to the ICE Details page here.
Goal: The goal of the Virtual Training is to provide guidance and training in the off-season to better prepare and develop ICE participants as students navigating the admissions process, lacrosse athletes in the recruiting process, and young men as leaders. Every assignment will have an Athletic Development, Leadership, and Recruiting component. We hope that every player will participate in the Virtual Training to get the most out of the ICE program.
