Our Story
Founded in 2005, Trilogy Lacrosse is a national company with a best in class reputation in educational programming and event management. The organization has a unique blend of established lacrosse insiders and professional event operators. Everyone in the organization is united by a passion for excellence and for positively impacting the future of the sport.
Over the last twenty years, Trilogy Lacrosse has worked with over 30,000 student-athletes and 7,000 teams across the nation. Our mission is to serve the lacrosse community with excellent experiences and authentic leadership.
Our History
Vision
Co-Founders Rob Lindsey and Ryan Boyle are childhood friends who won high school and collegiate championships together as teammates. They felt a calling to positively impact their community— lacrosse has been their language.
Their vision has expanded and manifested through collaboration with talented colleagues. Mitch Belisle and Jimmy Vlahakis are longtime Trilogy partners and co-creators. Matt Striebel joined the team as an event director in 2007 and has remained a source of inspiration for everyone he encounters. Kevin Mitchell has been a stalwart tournament leader and full-time director since 2017. Heeral Shah, Andrew Goldberg, and Camellia Redmerski are valued members of the team and round out our full-time staff.
The Trilogy Name
Trilogy indicates the integral approach of its teaching method: intellectual understanding, kinesthetic assimilation and joyful experience. The goal of this process is to create flow: a state of being where one is completely absorbed in the activity at hand.
Camps, Clubs & Player Training
In 2004, Rob and Ryan hosted a camp in Bay Head, New Jersey that was the launchpad for Trilogy’s creation in 2005. They began traveling the country leading camps, clinics, and club teams. Mitch Belisle joined the team in 2009.
Tournaments & Team Training
In 2013, Trilogy broadened its scope through the development of team-focused events, specifically tournaments and spring break training. Jimmy Vlahakis joined the company that same year.
