Divisions for 2026 are both grade-based and age based per USBOXLA. Teams register for the division of the oldest player on their team:

• 2026/27 (11th/12th grade)
• 2028/29 (9th/10th grade)
• 2030/31 (7th/8th grade)
• 2032/33 (5th/6th grade)

HBC Event Services - Stay To Play (These Blocks Expired for 2026)

This is a Stay to Play event, which means that all non-commuting teams should book their overnight accommodations through our trusted hotel provider, HBC Event Services. This policy ensures your program gets the lowest group rates plus increased protection at the highest quality and most convenient local hotels. Teams that will not be staying overnight are exempt from the Stay to Play requirement.

How to reserve a block of rooms:

1. Select your hotel & click "Hold Block"
2. Update the number of rooms needed on each date (be sure to set dates you don't need rooms to zero)
3. Input basic contact info for whomever will manage the block & click "Place rooms on hold" (no payment required)
4. Forward the booking link from your confirmation email to families & be sure to include a firm booking date. Room blocks are held for 1 week unless you request an extension

Trilogy Lacrosse is proud to partner with HBC Event Services, a housing agency with a nationwide reputation for excellence in managing travel for sports events. HBC Event Services provides an easy way for you to book your hotel rooms with our partnered hotels at the best rates. These rates are always lower than their best available rate online and usually includes breakfast for your team. They guarantee that if the tournament is canceled due to weather, you will not be charged for any cancellation penalties that you may otherwise have been subject to if you made your own reservations elsewhere. This guarantee does not include hotel reservations made after the hotel cut-off dates.

Player Waiver Link

• Waivers are due by Tuesday, January 20th 
• All Parents must complete a waiver for their son to play in the tournament
• You will need to enter your USBOXLA membership ID on this form, so you should have that ready before starting
• If you are NOT a member of USBOXLA yet, you must complete the steps listed below. We recommend the "Weekend Warrior Option" if you are only playing in 1 or 2 tournaments

Team Cancellation

Team Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation of an entered team will result in forfeiture of that deposit and all registration fees paid to date.

Tournament Cancellation

The tournament has fixed expenses relating to field rental & facilities, staging and set-up costs, insurance, personnel and other matters regardless of cancelation due to weather. Accordingly, teams will not receive a full credit of the entry fee if the tournament is canceled. Facility owners, not tournament organizers, have final say on whether the tournament will take place due to weather conditions. In the event the tournament is cancelled prior to the start of the event, a 100% credit of registration fees minus the nonrefundable team deposit, will be issued towards a future Trilogy tournament.

Tournament Adjustments

Before or after the event has started, tournament organizers and facility owners reserve the right to:

• Make adjustments due to inclement weather
• Cancel further play.
• Postpone tournament start date/time and reduce game times in order to allow catch-up with the schedule of play.
• Interrupt and suspend games as necessary; games may be continued from the point of interruption at the earliest opportunity, but may become final scores based on time constraints.
• Finish games before inclement weather arrives; games will be deemed official at the point of termination.
• No credit will be issued due to any weather related adjustments during the Tournament once teams have played 2 games. If a team plays less than 2 games, a 100% credit of registration fees minus the nonrefundable team deposit, will be issued towards a future Trilogy tournament.

Games will be played unless inclement weather impacts the safety of participants traveling to/from the tournament. Trilogy uses multiple weather tracking services in an effort to make the most informed decisions possible. Any adjustments to the schedule will be communicated via our website and Tourney Machine as well as emailed to program directors.
