Our People
Trilogy Lacrosse was founded in 2005 by childhood friends turned Princeton University teammates Ryan Boyle and Rob Lindsey. Matt Striebel has been an Event Director since 2007. Mitch Belisle and Jimmy Vlahakis are longtime partners at Trilogy and joined the team in 2009 and 2013, respectively. Kevin Mitchell has been a full-time Director since 2017. Heeral Shah, Andrew Goldberg, and Camellia Redmerski are the final members of the full-time team based in New Jersey.
Hall of Fame Staff
Our Directors have been honored with a litany of awards ranging from National Championships, to NCAA Positional Players of the Year, to All-World Team recognition. Matt Striebel and Ryan Boyle are enshrined in both the USA Lacrosse National Hall of Fame and the Professional Lacrosse Hall of Fame, two of the sports' top honors.
Our Lacrosse Community
We know what parents look for in youth athletics because we are seeking the same things. From moms of collegiate athletes to dads of first-year lacrosse players, to uncles of budding athletes, we serve the lacrosse community from within.
Coming Full Circle
One of the most rewarding aspects of our work is when players who grew up attending Trilogy events come back to join us as staff members. Every year former Trilogy players join us in passing on lessons from the game to the next generation.

Lacrosse is our vehicle to develop well-rounded people. While many of our team members excelled on the lacrosse field, it is often our experiences off the field that guide our company day-to-day.
