NJ Lax + Sports Day Camp is for boys and girls interested in learning lacrosse in a fun and safe environment. While lacrosse is the primary focus, players will also enjoy other sports and activities.

Players will practice individual lacrosse skills and play lacrosse-specific games to enhance those techniques. Each day is divided so players get to compete in various sports alongside lacrosse to develop cross-training skills and become more well-rounded athletes. For lacrosse activities players will wear minimal equipment: sticks, helmets, and gloves for boys and sticks and goggles for girls are required.

Led by Trilogy’s experienced educators and directed by Kyle Lindberg, the 4-day lacrosse camp creates an environment where young athletes can have fun, make new friends and learn the fundamentals of lacrosse in an engaging, safe environment.
