LACROSSE TRAINING
- Fundamental Skills: groundballs, cradling, catching & throwing, shooting
- Games: musical groundballs, hungry hungry hippos, lacrosse golf/baseball/football/hockey/ultimate
MINIMAL LACROSSE EQUIPMENT
- Stick
- Boys: helmets & gloves
- Girls: goggles
FUN GAMES & OTHER SPORTS
- Fun Games: relay races, red light green light, simon says, spike ball, capture the flag, freeze tag, etc.
- Other Sports: kickball, flag football, ultimate frisbee, soccer, wiffleball, etc.

Trilogy Lacrosse camps feature a 10:1 camper-to-staff ratio. There is also a certified athletic trainer at every Trilogy event to keep our participants safe.
All of our camp staff members are USA Lacrosse Bronze Certified, which includes the following training modules:
- Abuse prevention training
- Cultural competency
- Concussions awareness
- Sudden cardiac arrest
EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES
- Stick
- Boys: helmet and gloves
- Girls: goggles
- Lunch and snacks
- Water or sports drinks – we will have coolers on-site to refill water bottles if needed
REGISTERED PLAYERS
- Required medical/waiver form will be emailed out to all registered families in the spring
- Campers who require medication will need to complete a medication administration form to turn-in at check-in to medical staff on-site
- All campers must be US Lacrosse members with active memberships to attend this event. US Lacrosse numbers will be collected as part of the required medical/waiver form. To become a member or renew an existing membership, visit uslacrosse.org/membership
- Cancel prior to July 15, 2025:
- Refund less $50 cancellation fee OR
- Full credit valid through end of 2026
- Cancel after July 15, 2025 up to 1 week prior to camp:
- Refund less $200 cancellation fee (deposit) OR
- Full credit through end of 2026
- Cancellation within 1 week of camp:
- No refunds or credits given
