    Trilogy Spring Break Training is a professionally executed, all-inclusive, team training and bonding trip that sets your team up for a successful season.

    We want you to focus on lacrosse and camaraderie during the trip, not logistics or distractions. We coordinate everything from the moment you land at PHX or AZA airport until the moment you are back at the airport on your way home - all tailored to your goals and priorities.

Practice & Scrimmages

  • Up to three, 2-hour field sessions per day (Monday-Thursday)
  • Arrival Sunday: 1 field session, departure Friday: 1 field session (optional)
  • 2-3 scrimmages/games per week during evening field sessions
  • Scrimmages or official games can be arranged based on team regulations
  • Opponents include other Spring Break Training programs & local AZ teams
  • All on-site scrimmages and/or games coordinated by Trilogy

Off-Field Training Sessions

  • AV classroom for team meetings

Off-Site Trips

  • Teams can choose to do a variety of team bonding activities in the area, including hiking, horseback riding, NBA games, MLB Spring Training games & more
  • Off-site trips are optional and are not included in the per participant fees

Single Point of Contact Planning

  • All facets of the Spring Break Training program will be coordinated through a single point of contact at Trilogy Lacrosse.

Great Weather

  • Average March temperatures range from highs of 79° to lows of 50° = perfect lacrosse weather

Spring Break Interest Form

Single Point of Contact Planning

  • All facets of the Spring Break Training program will be coordinated through a single point of contact at Trilogy Lacrosse.
  • Our goal is to make the execution of the event as easy as possible for the organizers, allowing coaches and players to improve, bond and compete.

Customized Schedule

Team Development Services

  • Trilogy Lacrosse Training
    • 1 Training hour with each program
    • Program selects on-field and/or classroom training: Curriculum Collaboration & Implementation, Technical & Tactical Skills, Game Strategy, Character Development

Transportation

  • Transportation from fields to hotel during week is INCLUDED
    • Typically a separate charge at other spring break trip providers
  • Transportation from airport to hotel is covered by team deposit
  • If a team elects to take an off-site trip, that will be an extra cost but logistics are coordinated by Trilogy

Scrimmage Scheduling

  • Game Film for all games/scrimmages INCLUDED
  • All on-site scrimmages and/or games will be coordinated through a single point of contact with Trilogy Lacrosse.
  • Teams will have the opportunity to scrimmage or play other attending teams.
  • Scrimmages or official games can be arranged based on team regulations.
  • Referee costs are included in program fees (no hidden costs)

Unlimited Field Sessions

  • Three, 2-hour field sessions per day (Monday-Thursday)
  • Arrival Sunday: 1-2 field sessions, Departure Friday: 1 field session
  • 2-3 scrimmages/games per week (during evening field sessions)
  • Opponents include other Spring Break Training programs or local teams
  • Additional field sessions if desired

Meals Included

  • Breakfast at hotels, catered lunch & dinner at Arizona Athletic Grounds
  • Dinner on arrival Sunday

Team Deposit

$4,000 team deposit due upon registration

  • $750 Refundable after Spring Break training is complete – program can apply deposit to reserve spot for following year
  • $2,250 Non-refundable and covers the cost of bus transportation to and from airport
  • $1,000 Applied to participant fee invoice
  • Deposit is non-refundable if team cancels trip

Player Registration

  • 5 Nights: $1125 per player – Quad occupancy
    • Triple occupancy: $130 additional per player
  • Includes transportation of teams during the week between hotel and facility
  • Includes event t-shirt for every player and coach

Coach Registration

  • 5 Nights: $1125 per coach – Double occupancy or suite-style room for triple occupancy
    • Single occupancy: upon request for additional fee
  • Includes transportation of teams during the week between hotel and facility
  • Case of balls and event t-shirt included with cost and delivered on-site

Details

  • All-inclusive fees: No hidden costs

  • Player and coach registration includes lodging, meals, field and facility access, transportation to and from Arizona Athletic Grounds complex, a case of lacrosse balls, game film, athletic trainers, water & ice, referees and Trilogy Lacrosse National Director-led training.
  • Prices do not include off-site activity costs (teams can book off-site excursions on their own with logistical support from Trilogy Lacrosse)
  • No penalty if not exact quad ratio for players and triple for coaches
  • Trilogy reserves the right to create triple or double occupancy if player count isn’t divisible by 4

Due Dates

  • $4,000 team deposit due upon registration
  • Teams are invoiced player and coach fees in early January
  • February 14th, 2025: Player & coach fees due

Submit An Interest Form

Full Team Cancellation Policy:

  • All team deposits are non-refundable in the event of a team drop.
  • For teams who attend, $2,250 of the deposit is used towards bus transportation to/from the airport. $750 of the deposit is refundable within 45 days of the event. $1,000 is applied towards participant fee invoice.
  • For teams who drop from the event after paying a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Individual Player + Coach Cancellation Policy:

All player and coach cancellations need to be communicated in writing to Trilogy Lacrosse. Below are the policies for individual player or coach cancellations from an attending team:

  • Up to 2/14/2025: Refunds are offered for individual participant reduction in numbers – up to 15% of total participation (i.e. if a team is invoiced for 20 players, up to 3 can be reduced and refunded by this date)
  • After 2/14/2025 – No Refunds are offered
