How can I exchange Trilogy Merchandise that doesn’t fit?

How do I submit a roommate request for an overnight event?

Please fill out our roommate request form by clicking HERE. If you are unsure if you submitted the form or need to update any information, please complete a new form. We will always use the most recently submitted form.

In order to guarantee roommate accommodations, all roommates must request each other via the Roommate Request form.

How do I add money to the camp store?

Camp store money can only be added by using our online registration system by visiting trilogylacrosse.leagueapps.com/store. You will be asked to login using the same username and password that you used to register for the event. You may make deposits in increments of $50, $100, $150, or $200 into your child’s Camp Store account.

After navigating to trilogylacrosse.leagueapps.com/store, please follow these steps:

  1. Select which amount you would like, the event your child is attending and enter your child’s name.
  2. Add the product to your Cart and click “Check Out”.
  3. Since you already have an account, log in with your information on the right-hand side of the screen under “Already have an account?”
  4. Enter your payment details if not already saved to your account
  5. Not sure if you added funds? Login to your account by clicking HERE and view your receipts by clicking on “Invoices” on the right hand side of your screen.

Any funds that are not used during the event will be refunded to you within 2 weeks of the event’s conclusion.

How do I know if I have submitted the proper medical waiver, paperwork, etc?

All of our events require participants to fill out our online medical form via Smart Waiver. Once filled out, you will receive a confirmation email from Smart Waiver. If you are unsure if you have submitted the form, please search your inbox for the confirmation email. Still not sure? No problem, submit the form again. We always use the most recent submission!

Specific events may require additional medical forms (ie. events occurring in Massachusetts). To see if your event requires additional forms, please visit the Medical tab on that event’s individual webpage.

Where can I find schedule for the tournament I am attending?

The schedules for all of our tournaments are posted on the app/website, Tourney Machine. These can be found by searching the tournament on Tourney Machine or the link can be found by visiting the Schedule tab of the individual tournament web page. Does Trilogy Lacrosse offer scholarships?

Trilogy does not offer scholarships. If you are in need of financial flexibility, we are able to set up a custom payment plan with dates & rates that work best for your situation. Please reach out to us by email at info@trilogylacrosse.com.

How can I exchange Trilogy Merchandise that doesn’t fit?

If you would like to exchange your item within 14 days of receipt, we can accommodate provided we have the item in stock. Please send an email to info@trilogylacrosse.com referencing your order number and details of the desired exchange to initiate an exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the original items back as well as the cost of shipping the new items to you.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
